A.  Bruce Tiven, 222 Post Road, Unit B, Westerly, RI  02891 requesting the release of the remaining bond in conjunction with the 11/05/09 approved SPEC #09-091 of the Stonington Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 530 Providence-New London Turnpike, North Stonington, CT  06359.  Tax Map #112, Parcel #7791

 

B.  Resolution of the Planning & Zoning Commission:  RESOLVED that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the Town of North Stonington approves the following project pursuant to the provisions of Section 8-24 of the General Statutes of Connecticut:

 

Replacement of the Old Town Hall Bridge with a single span structure and repairs to the Village Green Bridge, including related work, improvements and appurtenances;

 

Provided that, that this resolution is for approval of conceptual plans only.  The project is subject to and shall comply with all applicable zoning, site plan, Inland Wetland and other laws, regulations and permit approvals, and this resolution shall not be a determination that any project is in compliance with any such applicable laws, regulations or permit approvals.
