Atty. Tim Bates requesting a workshop to discuss a proposed text amendment to create a Multi-Family Floating Zone containing a 30% affordability criteria for 40 years.  All Residential Zones would be eligible provided the parcel was not less than 10 acres or more than 200 acres, and the parcel had a minimum of 50’ of road frontage.  Maximum gross density at 5 units per gross acre.
