1. CALL TO ORDER:
Duane White stated there was no quorum present, so New Business would be conducted with no official actions taken

COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: George Brown, Chairman, Mark Grigg, Vice-Chair, Art Dobley, Ron Lewis, Robert Miner, and Cody Bill

3. MINUTES:
Review minutes of Regular Meeting of 3/13/13
Minutes were not approved as no quorum was present
4. OLD BUSINESS: None
5. NEW BUSINESS:
#13-033 (Single Family Residence) Application of Daniel & Kara Rose, 445 Pendleton Hill Rd., North Stonington, CT 06359 for a single family residence on property located at 278F Pendleton Hill Rd., North Stonington, CT 06359 in an R-80 Zone. Tax Map #110, Parcel #9525
Mr. Scot Deledda of Deledda Engineer’s was present representing the applicants.
Mr. Deledda went over the site plan with the Commission stating this is a pre-existing, non-conforming lot. The members present determined that wetlands would not be affected by this application and directed WEO Berardi to sign off on the application.
