1. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman George Brown called the Regular Meeting of the Inland Wetlands Commission to order on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at 7:00 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT:
George Brown, Chairman, Mark Grigg, Vice-Chair, Duane White, Kevin Geary, Ron Lewis, Candy Palmer, and Cody Bill
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Art Dobley and Robert Miner

3. MINUTES:
Review minutes of regular meeting of 9/11/13
MOTION by D. White SECOND by C. Palmer to approve the minutes of September 11, 2013 as submitted. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT: None
5. OLD BUSINESS: None
6. NEW BUSINESS:
#13-089 (Single-Family Residence) Application of Conrad Gardner, P.O. Box 335, Gales Ferry, CT 06335 for a single-family residence with well, driveway & septic system on property located at 75 Lake of Isles Rd. (Watson Estates), North Stonington, CT 06359 in an R-80 Zone. Tax Map #54, Parcel #8774
R. Lewis recused himself
The Commission stated there are no changes to this application and it is exactly the same as the approved subdivision plan. The applicant will submit an as-built plan after the house is constructed.
MOTION by D. White, SECOND by C. Palmer to allow the Wetlands Enforcement Officer to sign off on this application as submitted. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
