1. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Duane White stated there was no quorum present so New Business would be conducted with no official actions taken.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT:
Duane White, Chairman, Kevin Geary, Arthur Dobley and Marvin Chase, Jr.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Mark Grigg, Vice-Chair, Ron Lewis, George Brown, Mac Gray & Robert Miner

2. NEW BUSINESS:
#11-010 (Rehabilitation) Application of the Town of North Stonington, 40 Main Street, North Stonington, CT 06359 for Lantern Hill Dam & Road Rehabilitation (N. Stonington & Ledyard) for property owned by the Town of North Stonington & the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation. Tax Map #92, Parcel #9534
Steve Maslin, Town Engineer for Ledyard, Jeffery Koerner of Purcell Associates and Nicholas Mullane, 1st Selectman were present for this application.
Mr. Koerner went over the entire plan with the Commission and stated he had met with Dam Safety and stated this is not a hazard dam and will have minimal impacts to Lantern Hill Pond. Mr. Koerner stated that they have designed this 6 x 14 foot box culvert for a 100 year storm and they will armor the channel. Mr. Koerner stated that 6 tenths of an acre of wetlands will be impacted in North Stonington.
Mr. Mullane stated that the Selectmen fully support this plan.
The applicant will return for the Commission’s April 13th meeting.
3. DISCUSSION:
Madeline Jeffery, 657 Pendleton Hill Road came before the Commission to request that they either note in their minutes or send a letter to her regarding the Commission’s site walk of her property on November 21st to inspect restoration work that had been done. A letter will be sent to Mrs. Jeffery regarding this site-walk.
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting ended at 8:15 p.m.
