1. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Duane White called the Regular Meeting of the Inland Wetlands Commission to order on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at 7:00 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT:
Duane White, Chairman, Mark Grigg, Vice-Chairman, Ron Lewis, Kevin Geary, Arthur Dobley, George Brown, Mac Gray and Robert Miner (who arrived at 7:33 p.m.)
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Marvin Chase, Jr.

Cheryl Konsavitch, Administrative Assistant
2. ADDTIIONS TO THE AGENDA:
MOTION by K. Geary, SECOND by R. Lewis to amend the agenda to add 481 Pendleton Hill Rd. under Discussion. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
3. MINUTES:
Review minutes of November 10, 2010 meeting.
MOTION by G. Brown, SECOND by K. Geary to approve the Draft Minutes of 11/10/10 with the necessary corrections. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

7. DISCUSSION:
A. 481 Pendleton Hill Road
The Commission reviewed the construction details for a permit they approved on September 8, 2010. The Commission had asked that prior to the start of any construction, that the WEO be notified and given the opportunity to review the construction details. The Commission had no issues with the Plan. WEO Berardi who was not present at the meeting had reviewed the plans earlier and also had no issues with them.
B. Fee Schedule
The Commission discussed changes to the fee schedule and will incorporate them when they update their regulations in the next few months.
