1.   CALL TO ORDER:

 

Chairman Duane White called the Regular Meeting of the Inland Wetlands Commission to order on Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at 7:00 p.m.

 

COMMISSIONERS PRESENT:

Duane White, Chairman, Mark Grigg, Vice-Chairman, Ron Lewis, Kevin Geary, Arthur Dobley, George Brown, Mac Gray and Robert Miner (arrived at 7:20 p.m.)

 

COMMISSIONERS ABSENTD’Arcy Cleveland

 

STAFF PRESENT:

 

Cheryl Konsavitch, Administrative Assistant and Wayne Berardi, Wetlands Enforcement Officer

 

2.   ADDTIIONS TO THE AGENDANone   

 

3.   MINUTES:

 

Review minutes of November 18, 2009 meeting.

 

MOTION by G. Brown, SECOND by M. Gray to approve the Draft Minutes of 11/18/09 with the necessary corrections.  MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

 

 

 

 

4.   OLD BUSINESSNone   

 

5.    NEW BUSINESS:

 

2010 Schedule of Meetings

 

MOTION by G. Brown, SECOND by M. Gray to approve the schedule of meetings for 2010.  MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

 

6.   WORKSHOPNone

 

7.   DISCUSSION:   

 

Cease & Desist & Restore to 51 E. Clarks Falls Road, constructing a driveway thru a wetland area

 

Mrs. Ann Renehan was present and informed the Commission that she was doing logging on her property and showed a map of the area that was being logged.  WEO Berardi stated this was a use that was permitted by right.  The Commission agreed, but stated that Mrs. Renehan needs to submit a plan of the area being logged so the Commission has something on file.

 

Mrs. Renehan agreed and will submit the plan to the Land Use Office.
