1. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Duane White stated there was no quorum so a workshop would be conducted with no official actions taken.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT:
Duane White, Chairman, Mark Grigg, Vice-Chairman, Arthur Dobley and Ron Lewis
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Robert Miner, D’Arcy Cleveland, Mac Gray, Kevin Geary, George Brown
STAFF PRESENT:
Cheryl Konsavitch, Administrative Assistant and Wayne Berardi,Wetlands Enforcement Officer
DISCUSSION:
#08-015 (Single-Family Residence) Application of Gordon C. Hyde, 368 Northwest Corner Road, North Stonington, CT 06359 to construct a single-family residence that appears to be encroaching in the wetlands buffer on property located at 382 Northwest Corner Road, North Stonington, CT 06359. Tax Map #32, Parcel #7693
Chairman White stated this matter should not be before the Commission as it is an administrative item that should be referred to the Wetlands Enforcement Officer
