1. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Duane White called the Regular Meeting of the Inland Wetlands Commission to order on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at 7:00 p.m.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT:
Duane White, Chairman, Mark Grigg, Vice-Chairman, Kevin Geary, Mac Gray, George Brown, Arthur Dobley, Ron Lewis and D’Arcy Cleveland
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Robert Miner
STAFF PRESENT:
Cheryl Konsavitch, Administrative Assistant and Wayne Berardi,Wetlands Enforcement Officer
2. ADDTIIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
3. MINUTES:
Review minutes of 3/12/08 and 4/09/08 meeting.
MOTION by R. Lewis, SECOND by K. Geary to approve the Draft Minutes of March 12, 2008 and April 9, 2008 as presented. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
4. PUBLIC HEARINGS: None
5. OLD BUSINESS:
#08-022 (Accessory Structure) Application of Andrew E. Ladd, 174 Wintechog Hill Road, North Stonington, CT 06359 to construct a 30’ x 100’ garage, workshop & storage on property located at 14 Pendleton Hill Road, North Stonington, CT 06359. Tax Map #126, Parcel #6635. I-Zone
The Commission had no issues with this application.
MOTION by G. Brown, SECOND by M. Gray to approve application #08-022 as submitted. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.

The Commission discussed possible wetlands violations on properties located on Norwich-Westerly Road and Wyassup Road.
