RC #12-016 (Regulation Change) The Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency of the Town of North Stonington will hold a public hearing to consider the Agency’s proposal (RC #12-016) to adopt a comprehensive revision of the Town of North Stonington Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Regulations. All portions of the current regulations are subject to revision.
6. OLD BUSINESS:
A. #12-012 (Rebuild portions of Murphy Rd.) Application of the Town of North Stonington, 40 Main Street, North Stonington, CT 06359 to rebuild portions of Murphy Road shoulder and 3’ each side of Road with a 45 degree slope, stone base, gravel top.
B. #12-010 Application of Wayne Berardi, 69 Pinewoods Road, North Stonington, CT 06359 to construct a 45’ x 3’ stone retaining wall, remove approximately 18” diameter oak stump, 15’ x 15’ stone patio and dry set large stones to support dock on property located at 389E Wyassup Road in an R-80/SU zone. 7. NEW BUSINESS:
#12-025 (Addition) Application of the Town of North Stonington, 40 Main Street, North Stonington, CT 06359 to construct an addition for a vehicle wash station with a detention basin located in the wetlands buffer/upland review area on property located at 11 Wyassup Road in an R-80/AP Zone. Tax Map #109, Parcel #5292
8. PUBLIC HEARING:
RC #12-016 (Regulation Change) Application of the Inland Wetlands Commission, New Town Hall, 40 Main Street, North Stonington, CT 06359 to adopt changes and modifications of the Inland Wetlands Regulation to Table of Contents and Sections 1 – 21 to comply with current statues.

A. Marilyn MacKay to discuss removing large rocks on property located at 92 Wyassup Lake Road.
B. Brian Stafford to discuss constructing a farm pond on property located at 224 Denison Hill Road
