Springsteel, 105 Starr Street, Mystic, CT 06355 to construct a detached 18’ x 24’ garage, 12’ dia. gazebo & dock landing in the wetlands buffer on property located at 44P Wyassup Lake Road owned by Kathleen Lathrop Thaxton in an R-80/SUOA.
