CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 7.00 p.m. with members William Peterson, Mary Cooper, Kip Taylor, Curt Moussie, Eleanor Banker, and Anne Nalwalk present.

OLD BUSINESS
The Planning and Zoning Commission has approved the re-building of the Dew Drop Inn on the same footprint as it now stands. Anne would like to see the outside done in a more colonial look. The BOS will be setting a date for a town meeting on the recommendations for the Hewitt Property Committee.
The Trees to Heaven were cut and Kip, Brian and Coop chipped one side of the road two weeks later. Jim Cowen has found one more group of these trees on the cemetery road. Our next work party will be June 5th.
NEW BUSINESS
The Committee would like a "say" in the re-building of the dam that was "taken out" in the flood. Several things can be done for the re-build and we want input in the process. A fish ladder is also proposed.
