OLD BUSINESS
A letter has gone out from the Town of North Stonington as to the status of the lease on Dew Drop Inn. Curt Moussie will try to get Mr. Mullane and Bob Penfield together to work on a plan for seven gables. The latest trail map was looked at and approved by the group. Parking still needs work and a new trail still needs to be added near balance rock so hikers don't need to cross onto the Kallen's property. We also would like the selectman to respond to the Kallen's letter to them in January 2009. Signs for the property and location of placement of them was discussed. Brian filled us in on what he and Anne had worked out. New boards for the footbridges are at the Town Garage. Some of the logs along the side of the car bridges have been replaced. Acting chairmen Cooper ask the group to come back next meeting with their list of all the activities and physical things they believe we as a group have agreed to do on this property. This is to get ready for our report to the BOS.

NEW BUSINESS
The Committee would like a line item in the 2010 budget. The group desided one hundred dollars would do. The next meeting will be February 16, 2010

ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 8:17 p.m.
Respectfully submitted, Mary B. Cooper, Vice-chairman
