CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 7.00 p.m. with members William Peterson, Mary Cooper, Kip Taylor, Curt Moussie, Eleanor Banker, Robley Evans and Anne Nalwalk present.
PUBLIC COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS
Chairman Peterson noted that Tim Jensen made a survey of fish in the Shunock River and found Bridal Shiners.
MINUTES
Minutes were accepted as read.
CORRESPONDENCE
None
OLD BUSINESS
Because of the re-building of the Dew Drop Inn a verbal complaint was made to the states Attorney Generals Office about charity laws..
NEW BUSINESS
The Committee did not read the paper surveys as chairman Peterson read and compiled them himself. Also Mark Tate did a form on the website responses. The Committee went over the report making changes as needed. Robley Evans made a motion to submit the report to The Board of Selectman. Seconded by Ann Nalwalk. Motion approved.
Chairman Peterson dismissed the committee and thanked them for their work. Ellie Banker thanked Bill for his work as Chairmen, all agreed.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 9:11 p.m.
