CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 7.05 p.m. with members William Peterson, Mary Cooper, Ron Lewis, Eleanor Banker, Anne Nalwalk, Curt Moussie, and Brian Rathbun present.

OLD BUSINESS
The Botanical Society walk went very well. Six Society members, three committee members, and one resident attended. Jim Cowan will make a report and present it to the committee. We will get a hard copy also. The committee re-discussed the foot-bridges, land rentals both buildings and fields. Eleanor Banker suggested the Penfield House or the Dew Drop Inn as an Environmental Center. Ron Lewis advised that a best management plan be in place for fields and renter must abide by it.
NEW BUSINESS
The committee would like to meet with the selectman to answer questions from Bill Ricker's e- mail and to set a time for a formal public meeting for comments from residents. Bill Peterson suggested August 18.
