Elections were held and the slate was moved by ?; seconded by ?; passed unanimously.
New officers are:
Chair: Brett Mastrioanni
Vice-Chair: David Isom
Treasurer: Christine Wagner
Secretary: Marilyn Mackay
Robert Kimball's name went to the Board of Selectmen and they approved his filling the two-year Republican opening on EDC.
Bing moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:57; Christine seconded.
