Treasury report by Robert  Kimball  shows a negative balance of $1847.  This simply indicates that in the absence of an approved town budget we are paying bills but not crediting them to a budget. The $1747  amount represents the annual bill for Secter membership dues (this is a correction from last month’s figure in the minutes of $1700,  the correct figure is 1747). This month $100 has been spent to accommodate our speaker for food and travel. Minutes of August  were accepted as written.  The first motion was made by David Isom, the second by Ray Geer.  Four (4) yes : one (1) abstention
. Motion to adjourn by dave Isom and seconded by Chris Wagner carried unanimously  Adjournment 8:45 PM Minutes submitted by Peter Bogoian
