Minutes
Meeting Called to Order at 7:08p.m.
Commissioners in Attendance: Robert Kimball, Gladys Chase, Brad Currier, Linda Pershaec, Peter Bogoian, Brett Mastroianni and Commissioners absent: Marilyn Mackay and Brent Woodward. Also present was Juliet Leeming, ZEO/Planner.
Treasurer’s report: Robert Kimball, Treasurer, Received bill for the EDC website $1500. The financial report shows a payment of $825 to Development Solutions. Treasurer will check on this questionable expenditure.
Review of minutes: April 21, 2011 discussion & vote. Motion made by Peter Bogoian and seconded by Linda Pershaec. Five yes and one abstention. R. Kimball
OLD BUSINESS:
1) EDC 2010 – 2011 Budget, (Review, discussion) no new discussion.
2) EDC Business Association: follow-up, up-coming meeting and events (discussion, suggestions) Brett Mastroianni gave update.

Update by Juliet Leeming, North Stonington ZEO & Planner
EDC Strategic Plan of Development (Commission input) Handout was given and Commission members have two weeks to bring ideas to Juliet. North Stonington Plan of Conservation & Development (Commission input) What is our niche to get people into town Update on current meeting with Mashantucket Tribal representative. Juliet has spoken with Rodney Butler.
North Stonington EDC Web Page Juliet will start the website training. Fit matrix types of land uses and attribute survey will be added to the website as well as Historical Buildings and Cemeteries.
