Meeting Called to Order at 7:08 p.m.
Commissioners in Attendance Marilyn Mackay, Bradford Currier, Brent Woodward, Gladys Chase, Peter Bogoian, and Absent Mark Perkins, Robert Kimball Linda Pershaec.
Treasurer’s report: No change
Review of Minutes
July 15, 2010 (presentation, discussion & vote) both Treasurer Report and Minutes approved with one abstention. (Brad Currier was not at last meeting)
Old Business
- NS Business Assoc: follow-up, Met September 15th at Goodies Ice Cream. Have about 40 paid members now. They have average of about 16 people at the meetings.
Fall program Saturday October 30, 2010 4-9 p.m. at Holly Green. Renting table space @$25 will have hay rides, face painting, music, and things for sale. Stores will be opened.
- North Stonington Infrastructure report: The WPCA will be meeting on Monday Sept 20, 2010.

New Business:
Joint Meeting with P& Z on November 11, 2010, 7 p.m. New Town Hall meeting room.
Motion was made by Marilyn Mackay and seconded by Brent Woodward.
Motion to change the EDC November 18, 2010 meeting to November 11, 2010 for joint P&Z meeting. Motion passed unanimously.
Commission members are to bring copies of previous reports on the zoning recommendation for the west end of Route 2.
