All Commissioners were in Attendance.
Item added to the agenda:
Budget discussion selectman Nick Mullane addressed the issue. Need narrative as to what EDC plans to do in the upcoming year and the results hoped for.

Motion to accept November 19, 2009 minutes was made by Linda Pershaec and seconded by Robert Kimball
OLD BUSINESS:
1) Update on The Community Health Center: Westerly Hospital is anticipating open an Affiliated, nonprofit Community Health Center in North Stonington, CT, Providing, Urgent Care, Primary Care and Physical Therapy. No follow-up was available.
2) Update - Milltown Commons; “A New England Style Hamlet”, North Stonington, CT; “Where we are today” Follow-up and discussion. Alan Pesch sent thank you letter to the Commission from Milltown Commons / North Stonington Professional Park. Copy of correspondence is on file.

EDC Business Assoc: follow-up, next meeting is January 20, 2010. They are working on a pocket map. It will be financed by the sale of ads.
North Stonington Infrastructure/sewers report participation. The sewer study is done. Water study should be started by the end of January.
