NEW BUSINESS:
Up coming Election; EDC Commission member Robert Boissevain after 33 years on the Commission has decided not to run again. Gladys Chase is running for his position and the Recording Secretary position will have to be filled. Brad will talk to the Selectman about the process to be sure another recording secretary is hired.
Discussion: Signs update –Brad spoke with Nick Mullane about when the signs would be replaced. It should be done soon. The concern is that the ground will be frozen soon and they won’t get put up. The expense of the signs is not justified if they sit in the garage.
Attendance was discussed. Should we have the recording secretary make reminder calls to the members as well as send out the agenda. Brent didn’t want to be called. He didn’t feel this was necessary since the meetings are always on the third Thursday they could just be marked on the calendar.

Motion was made by Marilyn Mackay and seconded by Brent Woodward to adjourn the meeting.
Meeting was adjourned 8 p.m.

Respectfully submitted
Gladys Chase
Recording Secretary
