Meeting Minutes of April 10, 2017
ATTENDANCE:
Committee: Chairman Ryan Burdick, Charles Steinhart V, Bob Shabunia
Other: First Selectman Shawn Murphy
CALL TO ORDER @ 6:15 PM by Chairman Burdick
MOTION was made by Bob Shabunia, second by Charles Steinhart V to enter into Executive Session with First Selectmen for the purpose of contract discussion.
All in favor, motion passed.
Executive Session was exited at 6:26 PM and Regular Meeting resumed.
MOTION was made by Bob Shabunia, second by Charles Steinhart V, to expedite the process for selecting a contractor for the Center for Emergency Services and that Committee pass to the Board of Selectmen the final selection between the two lowest bidders.

CORRESPONDENCE:
Committee acknowledged receipt of Michael Faenza’s emails to Building Inspector, Fire Marshall, and Health Agent.
OLD BUSINESS:
Engineers for the water project are coordinating with engineers from Silver Petrucelli and a plan should be finalized within the next couple of weeks
Shawn indicated that someone working on the water project would be in Town tomorrow surveying the area and that eventually Committee will be able to see how the water line will be crossing the building site.
