Meeting was called to order at 7:08 by Chairman, Mark Perkins.

Old Business:
RFQ period closed November 26, 2013. 8 complete packages were received. Proposals to be distributed for review to the Architect Review Committee.
Plans for zones 5-8 were discussed with Peter Stringsteel. Discussion included amount of seating for day room; number and capacity of individual bunk rooms; number of bunks to be accommodated by common bunk room; appliances and materials for use in second level kitchen area; number of lockers and their locations.
