Old Business:
1. Secretary position discussed payment for the position, Scope of work, hours discussed. N. Mullane will have info ready for next weeks meeting.
2. Reconfirmed the committee members. Mark Perkins Chairman G. Cassata Vice Chairman
New Business:
1. Norman Stjean explained where we are for approval with the design build method. He explained the paperwork that we need to fill out to get approval to go that route. 2-3 month turn around for approval from USDA
2. M. Perkins to contact Steve Chrabase to explain the process of design build.
3. Discussion about design build vs. design bid build the vote will be tabled to next weeks meeting.
4. Peter Springsteel’s contract with the committee will be tabled until next week.
