Called to order: 6:05 PM

Review of March minutes and accepted as written.
Correspondence:
- Letter from Pat Lewis notifying Conservation Commission Chair of her resignation from her role on the Commission effective immediately.
Ongoing/Old Business:
- Rocky Hollow Recreation Area – State responded with request for additional documentation. Bill working with Town to collect requested documentation and reply to the State’s request.
- 2 alternate seats on the Commission now open following Pat Lewis’ resignation. Bill in contact with potential new members.
- Stewart Hill trail work confirmed for weekend of April 26 with rain date April 27.
- Calendar printing proposals received. Minutemen proposal with guaranteed price most competitive. Barns & Churches is the theme and pictures to be collected for CC review by end-September.
- Current proceeds from this year’s calendar at $2340. Current price $5.
Invitation to Bell Cedar Swamp dedication Sunday May 4 at 1pm.
Mike Charnetski to represent us.
New Business:
- Aquarion award – Commissioners recommended Hewitt Farm Committee. Bill will investigate nomination requirements.
- Utilities tree trimming program - CC agreed to draft letter recommending more judicious trimming.
- State Parks appropriation requests information.
- Yearly agenda priorities – 1) updated status of open space trail needs. 2) prioritize parcels/lots identified in POCD/PCRL and, where appropriate, initiate contact to determine possible conservation interest. 3) deal with two CE’s on Wyassup Lake Rd that were never finalized.
