Minutes of November 21, 2013 reviewed and approved.

Election of Officers:

Secretary/Treasurer: No nominations: to be rotated
Motions made and seconded: 6-0-0
Ongoing Business:
Stillman Hill Preserve: Letter for Peter Block license agreement sent to attorney Eppinger.
Community Calendars: Sales approximately 2/3 of the cost of printing has been recovered so far. Agreed to continue with the calendar another year. Look into the possibility of a local publisher for next year.
New Business:
- 2014 Budget request, asking $2500 to cover cost for calendar, signs, membership.
- CT Trail week participation agreed again this year.
- Bob Fluery submitted his resignation from the board. Mark Jaffan appointed by BOS.
Trail work weekend for Stillman Hill Preserve - Bill to talk to David Isom about using his driveway for tractor access. Will be using Bob’s tractor. Check the Ledyard scouts for possible help with trail work.
- Discuss yearly agenda. A Motion made and seconded to recommend Selectmen approach the state for all or portion of land between Assekonk Swamp and Rocky Hill Rec area. Voted: 6-0-0
Open Space Grant: Not enough time for action before deadline.
Correspondence: TYN Webster printing, Avalonia Trails newsletter, CLCC looking for membership, ctlake.org brochure (agreed we should support, $25 recommended), e-mail from B. Rathbun.
