Meeting called to order at 6:00pm.
Present: Bill Ricker, Dick Blodgett, Bob Fleury, Warren Speh, Joe Spano, Pat Lewis.
Action on previous minutes: 5-0-0 accept.
Citizen Comments: none.
Treasurer's report: we have $250.00.
Officer and/or committee reports: none.
Old Business:
1. Billings Lake sign approved by CC & First Selectman Mullane.
2. White property discussion: we have not heard from Inland Wetlands Commission concerning Town Engineer"s recommendations.
3. Update of Open Space/Conservation Easement Task Group: nearly done . Schwitzer property landowners willing to sell, are negotiating with state.
4. Membership: need another alternate. Will~ put a notice in the Groton Sportsman Club newsletter & N.S. Bulletin Board. Still don't know Dick Blodgett's status on this committee. First Selectman may be in violation of town ordinace concerning this.
New Business: letter to Madeline Jeffrey,N.S.Citizens' Land Alliance concerning parcel #6058 which would be used to connect the Hewitt property to the Chester Main Bridle Trail. Approved 5-0-0.
Correspondence : none.
Citizen Comments: committee needs to obtain more Freedom of Information Booklets.
