Thursday November 17,2011

Call to Order at 6:03pm

Roll Call: all members present

Action on Previous Minutes: accepted 5-0-0

Treasure's Report: $250

Citizen Comments: none

Officer and Committee Reports: Bill Ricker(chair) - draft of letter to James Jackson, Chairman, Natural Resources Committee, Mashantucket Tribal Nation concerning map of hiking trails on tribal land. Approved with addition of intention to reach out to local Boy Scouts for litter pickup.
Warren Speh: no change on Schwitzer property situation.

Old Business: Lakeside North~ signage - Billings Lake Open Space sign is done(cost $95). Will be used as a model for other sites and be put in place shortly.
FOI booklets given to each member.

New Business: Letter to North Stonington Land Alliance: Madeline Jeffreys has received it and we are awaiting reply.
Letter to Town Attorney Frank Eppinger concerning Dick Blodgett's reappointment - First Selectman Mullane states that Mr. Blodgett can sit and vote until further notice.
GEI Consultants ,Inc. report on White property retesting. Each member received a copy of the 20 page report and will read it and be ready to discuss at the next meeting.

Correspondence: Ct. Wildlife booklet, CACIWC annual meeting announced. CC will pay fee for any member who wants to go.
