Of?cer and Committee Reports:
Chair Bill Ricker reports progress on Billing’s Lake trail status. Mentioned correspondence with John Bradshaw, regarding trail maintanence assistance from Troop 71. Mentioned January 20th Scout meeting.
Treasurer Bob Fluery reports $700 balance in account after CACIWIC dues($100) Bob will submit budget for 2011.
Vice Chair Dick Blodgett reports mission statement and goals and task review are due by next meeting
Task Group Status Reports - Land Acquisition - Warren Speh reports on status of Schweitzer Property
Open Space - Bob Fluery reports all CE have been mapped and identified.
Downs/Paterson, Stonington Land Co., Rock House and Girard Open Spaces have yet to be completed.
Trails - Bill Ricker reports Mike Stark has volunteered to help with trail task group. Marc Tate would like the group to also identify trails that leave and return into town boundary.
Old Business - Dick Blodgett reports mission statement and goals and task review are due by next meeting
New Business - Schedule of Meetings for 2011 was accepted. Conservation Budget for 2011 was approved
CACIWC Membership has been renewed

Review Member Status/Vacancies - The group still has one vacancy
Motion made by John Ryan to move meeting to P&Z office in leu of 7:00pm Economic Development meeting, seconded by Bill Ricker motion Passed 6-0-0
Correspondence - Letter from Warren Speh regarding rules for carrying handguns on public land, Letter from Mac Turner, Avalonia Land trust regarding donations for Bell Cedar Swamp acquisition.
