Minutes
Call to order by Kellene Limpert at approximately 6:03 pm.
Those present and voting were Dick Blodgett, Bob Fleury, Kellene Limpert and Pat Lewis (Alt)
Motion to accept the minutes from April’s meeting, with corrections, made by Bob and seconded by Dick. Motion passes 4-0-0.
Officer and Committee Reports:
Warren has the grant all set to go. He will have Paige sign before she moves.
Bob: one more CE to look at (the Perkins’s prop)
There has been no follow thru on recent CE’s.
Visited the Lake of Isles CE, very impressed with how they are taking care of it. One more at Main’s Crossing then report to the Selectmen.
New Business: Dick – Hewitt Property. There will be a public meeting about the Dew Drop, and recommendations will be made about the Dam. The types of recreation that will be allowed etc…..
Motion made by Deckhand seconded by Bob, that the CC ask selectmen to implement the part of the State statute that says” The Commission shall consist of no more than 11 members and not more than 3 Alternates.”(Section 7-131a) and “It may supervise and Manage municipally owned open space or park property upon delegation of such authority by the entity which has supervisory or management responsibilities foe such space or property” ( Sec. 7-131 b)
