Minutes
Meeting was called to order by Chairman Paige Brooks at approximately 6:03pm. Members in attendance were, Dick Blodgett Paige Brooks and Kellene Limpert.
Motion to accept minutes of July meeting, made by Dick seconded by Paige. Motion passed 3-0-0
Citizens Comments-none
Officers and Committee Reports:
Secretary given the ok to buy a memory stick for CC usage.
(Bob Fleury and Warren Speh arrived at this time.)
Bob gave update on Bell Cedar Swamp –sent package to pertinent people, with maps and bio-diversity etc…
Problem Parcel project will be finishing up soon.
(Kellene left at this time)
Marc Tate requested that the CC contact the Nature Conservancy, YMCA, Non-profits (Citizens Land Alliance, Land Trusts, Avalonia.) with the rules and regulations, Features of interest and get permission to publish/ republish in a pamphlet.
Dick made motion to request Pat Lewis to contact the above agencies foe trail information as described above. Seconded by Bob. Motion Passed 4-0-0

Report on second sampling at White Property along Shunock . One hole indicated 3 very potent pollutants (3 to 4 times above approved level for groundwater) Copy is on File.
Motion made by Dick that 490 Open Space tax relief. Make it known to Selectmen that this is available and see if they are willing to promote and /or recommend people to use it. Motion Passes 5-0-0
Paige to write letter.
