Minutes
a. Meeting was called to order at approximately 6:05 pm by Chairman, Paige Brooks. Also present were Dick Blodgett, Bob Fleury, Kellene Limpert, and Alternate Pat Lewis.
b. Motion to accept the minutes from April Meeting, made by Paige seconded by Dick.Motion, passes 4-0-0
c. Citizens Comments:
d. Officers and Committee Reports: None at this time
e. Old business:
1. Discussion with Vilma Gregoropolis about workshop on the 11th of June and the reorganizing of the “Plan of Recreation Lands report”. She did not change the content only the layout. Would like us to be more specific about focus areas. Would like wording to the effect that the document was an ever-changing piece that would evolve as needed to meet the needs of the residents of the Town.
2. “Corridors and Greenways” maybe the definition could be on the same page where it talks about them to be less confusing.
3. It would be helpful to know how we came up with the focus areas. The text should provide the logic for the focus areas.
4. A softer definition of focus areas so as to not alarm people.
5. Mr. Rabbit will be at the June 1st meeting of P&Z possibly attend for information.
6. Vilma will revise again and send it out to us.
f. New Business: Contact Jon and Fred to see if a different time might better suit them.
g. Motion to adjourn, made by Paige seconded by Kellene motion passes 4-0-0
