      Discussion of their 10-year forest management plan in Pachaug Forest including:
•     Improvement of forest health
•     Acceleration of growth rates
•     Regeneration of new tree stands
•     Create new wildlife habitat
•     Road & gate improvements
•     Recreation opportunities

Old Business:
•     Bridle Trail update
•     Stewart Hill Trail “spur” update
•     Tree measurements
•     Calendar sales – ordered 150 @ $10 = $1500. Cost: $1350.
Revenue: $1550 returned to the town
