1. Consider and act on providing a letter to Selectmen confirming the CC. report recommendations for acquiring the Seaport Property by the Town.
2. Consider and act on providing a letter to the Selectmen endorsing Selectmen’s vote supporting the Town’s use of the Seaport Property exclusively for recreation and park purposes in perpetuity and furthermore recommending that the use be protected by suitable covenants trust.
3. Consider and act on recommending to the Selectmen possible use plans and means for operating and maintaining the Seaport Property, if acquired by Town.
4. Consider and act on approving the C.C. for receipt of gifts in the name of the town per the C.C. charter.
5. Consider and act on requesting a workshop with the PZC and approving items to be presented and discussed by the C.C.
