5.  Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Donahue and seconded by
Selectman Mullane to approve the minutes of March 15, 2016, carrying. 3-0
First Selectman Murphy made a motion to amend the minutes of January 26, 2016 as follows; North Stonington Historical Society President Frank Eppinger was present to request that the Board of Selectmen support the listing of Greene Gables on the State Register of Historic Place as a Creative Cultural Place.  President Eppinger indicated that such a listing would not constrain decisions made by the town in retard to the future of the building.  First Selectman Murphy requested that the

   9.    Appointments-

Recreation Commission-A motion was made by Selectman Donahue to
appoint Jennifer Peterson, as recommended by the Recreation
Commission, seconded by Selectman Murphy, carrying. 3-0

Juvenile Review Board-A motion was made, as recommended by the
JRB, to reappoint Joseph Gross to a three year term and reappoint Cheryl Biekert a one year alternate term, carrying.  3-0

10.  Fiscal Year 2016-17 Budget

a. General Budget Discussion and Possible Forwarding Action-After review and discussion a motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Murphy to submit to the Board of Finance a budget for fiscal year 2016-2017 as follows:  General Government Operating -$4,946,603, Redemption of Debit-$339,470, and Capital of $613,678, carrying.  3-0

11.  A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman
Donahue to add to the agenda and discuss the Center for Emergency Services Project, carrying.  3-0.Discussion on size of the Committee, retaining of Architect Peter Springsteel, and letters from the Committee and President of the NSVFC.  A special Selectmen's meeting will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2016,
