Call to Order-Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM with Mike Urgo, Jay Peterson, Walt Mathwich, Tyler DiBrino, Dan Spring, Pam Potemri, Mike Osborn, Mike Anderson, Brad Borden, Jim Lord, Wayne Coats, Tim Main, Tim Pelland, Carolyn Howell, Mustapha Ratib, Robert Carlson, Dave McCord, Christine Wagner, Alex Karpinski, Shawn Murphy, Nick Mullane, Mark Donahue, Veronica Wilkison, Kristen St. Germain, Ryan Chaney, Rusty Malik, Peter Nero and Robbie McCarthy present.

              General Discussion/Feedback on Proposal –The Ad Hoc Committee is recommending to go forward with the $38.56 million dollar proposed project, Power Point presentation.  State of Connecticut reimbursement is estimated at $17.09 million dollars for a cost to the Town of $21.47 million dollars.  The Committee is continuing to looking for any cost savings and the possibility of the use of less expensive materials along with possible sources of income for the Town from the use of parts of the existing High School which would be abandoned in the new plan.
