1.      Call to Order/ Roll Call-Called to Order with Selectmen Murphy, Mullane and Donahue present at 8:04 AM

3.      Public Comments and Questions-None presented

4.      Discussion and Possible Action Concerning the Center for Emergency Services Committee:

·      Disbandment of Existing Committee-General Discussion.  Establishment of New Committee and Definition of Responsibilities Guidelines

·      Appointment of Committee Members- First Selectman Murphy recommended reducing the size of the Committee and made a motion to appoint NSVFC Chief Charles Steinhart, NSAA President Brian Elias, Robert Shabunia, Paul Kowack, and Ryan Burdick, seconded by Selectman Donahue, carrying.  3-0

·      Replacement/Retention of Professional Services Staff-First Selectman Murphy made a motion to retain the services of Peter Springsteel, Silver Petrucelli, and Kati Murphy in their current positions at this time, seconded by Selectman Donahue, carrying.  3-0

·      Other Relation Discussion/Action
