Call to Order/ Roll Call-Called to order at 7:02 PM with First Selectman Murphy and Selectman Mullane present. Selectman Donahue was not able to attend this evening.

Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Murphy to approve the minutes of March 22, 2016, carrying. 2-0

Tax Refund(s)-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Mullane to approve the following tax refunds:
Suzanne Brown $52.20
Kaitlin Eppinger $ 5.27
Carrying 2-0

Update-Center for Emergency Services-It was noted the new interest rate for USDA is 2.875%
8.
Update-School Modernization Project-The project has been reviewed for CGS 8-24 compliance by PZC and is scheduled to be reviewed by the BOE next week. A tentative town meeting date of May 9th
with a referendum on May 16th was discussed.

Additional Appropriation for Town Attorney line item B8.0-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Mullane to request an additional appropriation of $25,000, carrying. 2-0

Special Town Meeting
a.
Additional Appropriation – Boombridge Road Bridge $139,330-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Mullane to call the following Special Town Meeting for the additional funds
for Boombridge Road Bridge, carrying. 2-0
SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
A special town meeting of the electors and citizens qualified to vote in town meetings of the Town of North Stonington, Connecticut, will be held on the date indicated at the time and location noted below for the
following purposes:
LOCATION: North Stonington New Town Hall Conference Room
DATE: May 2, 2016
TIME: 7:00 p.m.

To hear and act upon the request for an Additional Appropriation to Capital line item C3.26-Boombridge Road Bridge in the amount of $139,330 for the completion of design and development
as approved by the Board of Finance, which is fully reimbursable from Connecticut Department of Transporation.

Memorial Day Parade 2016 Request-A motion was made by Selectman Murphy and seconded by Selectman Mullane to approve the Annual Lions Memorial Day Parade request for May 30, 2016, carrying. 3-0

Request to Release Reverter Clause-119 Clarks Falls Road-1/4 acre and old School House.
