Call to Order-7:00 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Testa, and Donahue present.

Public Comments and Questions-None presented

Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Donahue and seconded by Selectman Testa to approve the minutes of August 25, 2015, carrying.  3-0

•            1.  Electricity Contract-Charles Gray-OK to bind a contract for 14 months at a rate of 0.0911kWh

•            2.  Tax Refund(s)-A motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Testa to approve a tax refund to the following, carrying 3-0

o            Reactivation of Ad Hoc School Committee Appointments-First Selectman Mullane recommended Dan Spring to serve but got no second on his motion.  A motion was made by Selectman Testa and seconded by Selectman Donahue to appoint Mike Osborn, Old Colony Road to serve, carrying 3-0

•            6.   North Stonington/Preston Cooperative

o            Ethics Committee –No report

•            7.   FY 2014-15 Close Out-Follow-Up on BOF Comments

•            8.   Implementation of State Budget-FY 2015-2016  -No report

            Resident Troopers’ Program/Grants/Additional Appropriation Request-Discussion on options, Board would like more information and pricing options, tabled.

•            9.   Hewitt Property

            Dam Repairs –Executive Session-No mediation date set

•            10.   Post Office Lease-No report

•            11.  Action of Petition Received-Report from Attorney Londregan stating with the information he has at this time the town may pass an ordinance in accordance with CGS 9-188.
