Call to Order-7:00 PM with Selectman Mullane, Testa, and Donahue present.

Minutes- A motion was made by Selectman Donahue and seconded by Selectman Testa to approve the minutes of September 24, 2015, carrying. 3-0
A motion was made by Selectman Donahue and seconded by Selectman Testa to approve the minutes of September 29, 2015, carrying. 3-0

Boards/Commissions/Official’s Comments-North Stonington Quarterly Discussion-Nita Kincaid and Lisa Mazzella-General discussion on costs to continue mailing with more data being provided for next week’s meeting

o Recreation Commission- A motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Donahue to appoint Earl Wagner, carrying. 3-0
o Conservation Commission-No Board action required
o Inland Wetlands Commission-Tabled, no recommendation by the Commission and no volunteers to date
• 12. Unity Baptist Church-Clarks Falls Road—Reverter Clause –Property Cards, adjacent landowners, mapping, deeds, and photos required
• 13. DEMHS Authorizing Resolution-A motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Donahue to approve the empowering resolution for DEMHS, carrying. 3-0
