Call to Order-7:02 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Testa, and Donahue present.

Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Donahue and seconded by Selectman Testa to approve the minutes of April 28, 2015, carrying  3-0

•            1.  Tax Refund(s)-None presented

•            2.  Tribal Acknowledgement/Annexation Issues – Executive Session-A motion was made at 9:38 PM to enter executive Session by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Testa to discuss Tribal matter, the ACO position and the Hewitt Dam project.  Out of Session at 10:13 PM no action taken.

•            3.   Status of Center for Emergency Services Project-A motion was made by Selectman Testa and seconded by Selectman Mullane to use Versteeg Associates for project review of code compliance for fire and building codes carrying.  3-0

•            4.   Tri-Board Meetings-School Modernization Meeting May 28, 2015

•            5.   North Stonington/Preston Cooperative-Selectmen will coordinate groups getting together to meet.

•            6.   Budget FY 2015-16-Board of Finance Public Hearing is Monday, May 11, 2015

•            7.   Legislative Agenda for State of Connecticut FY 2015-16-No action

•            8.   Watrous Estates-Wintechog Hill Road and Route 2-Hearing May 7, 2015 with PZC-Application has been withdrawn
