7:00       Call to Order-Called to order with Dan Spring, Lisa Mazzella, Nita Kincaid, Emil Pavlovic, Brent Woodward, Tim Main, Bob Testa, Mark Donahue, Nick Mullane, Peter Nero, Bob Carlson, Walt Mathwich, Julie Buzzee, Christine Wagner.

              Public Comments-None presented                                     

              Harvest Festival - Information Venue-The Committee will have a booth at the Festival on September 26, 2015                      

              Ad Hoc Committee Report-Committee was unable to hold September 26th meeting; no keys or quorum,

and will post another for early October.

              Discussion – Continuing Role of Tri-Boards-After General Discussion it was decided that the tri-board responsibilities will continue with oversite for the Ad Hoc Committee.  There was also discussion on the Permanent School Planning and Building Committee  projects list and funding  estimates in order to develop a master plan/schedule.
