MINUTES

                            7:00      Call to Order with Selectmen Mullane, Donahue and Testa.  Also present were Board of Education members Walt Mathwich, Alex Karpinski, Bob Carlson, Chris Wagner and Superintendent Peter Nero.  Board of Finance members present were Emil Pavlovics, Brent Woodward and Tim Main. 

                                          Public Comments-None presented

              Tri-Board Progress Re-Cap/Fair Feedback and Draft Committee Mission Summary/Guidelines--M. Donahue (BOS) handed out fair survey results and Mission summary and guidelines

              Ad Hoc Committee Status/Introductions             R. Carlson (BOE)-  Mr. Carlson introduced the new Ad Hoc Committee members:  Brad Borden, Walt Mathwich, Jay Peterson, Steve Sadowski, Mike Urgo, Mike Andersen, Pam Potemri, and Associate member Tyler DiBrino.

              Discussion-Boards-  General Discussion of mission statement and guidelines
