• 1. Tax Refund(s)-A motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Testa to approve the following tax refunds:

• 2. Tribal Acknowledgement/Annexation Issues –A letter was sent to US Senators Blumenthal and Murphy opposing Senate Bill 1879, to amend the requirements of Federal Law governing the acquisition of trust land for Indian Tribes
by the Secretary of the Interior and the reasons for the towns opposition.
• 3. Status of Center for Emergency Services Project-Mr. Testa requested a total sum of Mr. Suchocki’s cost for Phase I
