¨      1.  Tax Refund(s)-None

¨      2.  Tribal Acknowledgement/Annexation Issues –Perkins Coie is continuing to work on the new acknowledgment rules

¨      3.   Status of Center for Emergency Services Project-Large Addendum #2 has been received.  Committee should delay bid opening due to large amount of information and delay in getting to bidders.

¨      4.   Tri-Board Meetings-School Modernization Meeting –August 27, 2015

o   Reactivation of Ad Hoc School Committee-Names still be submitted and reviewed

Resident Troopers’ Program/Grants-Board of Finance not meeting until mid-August, can not resolve shortage until Board of Finance meets.

o   Disposal of unused old wooden bridges-Must dispose of will test sale market or scrap

¨      10.  Affordable Housing-101A Anthony Road –Taxes, Sale, Action-Counter bid received in Selectmen’s Office of $2 dollars and same terms to flip to affordable housing unit.  Town would have to abate taxes for current year.  Question now although no one bid before, should town now rebid or sell or contract with.
