Call to Order-7:03 PM with First Selectman Murphy and Selectmen Donahue and Mullane present.

Public Comments and Questions-None presented

Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Murphy to approve the minutes of November 24, 2015, carrying.  3-0

Resident Troopers Additional Appropriation

Click It or Ticket It Additional Appropriation-A motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Murphy to approve an additional appropriation request for the “Click It Ticket It” grant in the amount of $4,500, carrying.  3-0  A letter will be prepared for the BOF for their tomorrow night’s meeting.

•            3.  Feedback to the Ad Hoc School Building Committee on School Project Proposal

•            4.  Items for next Special Town Meeting-General Discussion, a Meeting will be convened after the BOF meeting tomorrow dependent on their actions.

Public Comments and Questions-Discussion with Charlie Gray on town electric rate contracts, the Board reached a consensus to allow the First Selectman to bind a contract with a rate of .077 for a period of 12 months.
