•            1.  Tax Refund(s) A motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Donahue to approve the following refunds of taxes as presented by the Tax Collector:

Paul Buehler      $100.00

Marie Unkuri     $  35.91

              Carrying, 3-0

•            2.  Tribal Acknowledgement/Annexation Issues –Report on First Selectman Mullane’s DC trip. 

Meetings with President Obama’ Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and visits with Connecticut delegation staff of Senators Blumenthal and Murphy and Representatives Courtney and Esty.

•            3.   Status of Center for Emergency Services Project-Board discussion on a Project Manager

•            4.   Tri-Board Meetings-School Modernization Meeting May 28, 2015-Reivew of General Membership of the Ad Hoc School Building Committee and Town Ordinance

•            5.   North Stonington/Preston Cooperative-Badges have been requested and will be supplied

•            6.   Budget FY 2015-16-Town Meeting scheduled for May 26th and Referendum for June 2nd

•            7.   Legislative Agenda for State of Connecticut FY 2015-16-Still no clear direction for State budget

•            8.   Hewitt Property

                             Dam Repairs –Executive Session-A motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Testa to enter Executive Session at 8:07 PM, out of session at 8:16 PM, no action taken.
