Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Donahue and seconded by Selectman Testa to approve the minutes of September 15, 2015, as amended, carrying. 3-0
A motion was made by Selectman Donahue and seconded by Selectman Testa to approve the minutes of September 17, 2015, carrying. 3-0

FY2016 DUI Additional Appropriation-A motion was made to send this one item to a Special Town Meeting on October 5, 2015 by Selectman Mullane, seconded by Selectman Donahue, carrying 3-0
SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
A special town meeting of the electors and citizens qualified to vote in town meetings of the Town of North Stonington, Connecticut, will be held on the date indicated at the time and location noted below for the following purposes:
LOCATION: North Stonington New Town Hall Conference Room
DATE: October 5, 2015
TIME: 7:00 p.m.
1. To hear and act upon an a request to expend the 2016 Comprehensive DUI Enforcement Grant in the amount of $81,100. We further request an additional appropriation of $60,725 to town budget line item B26.04 State Troopers, for
that grant, which portion is 100% reimburseable and the remaining $20,375 will be from the town budget line item B26.04 State Troopers.
