Call to Order-7:00 PM with Selectman Mullane, Testa, and Donahue present
Public Comments and Questions-Joe Gross disagrees with tax reduction for affordable housing. Question on status of historical Greene Gables House from Historical Society.
Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Donahue and seconded by Selectman Mullane to approve the minutes of August 18, 2015, as amended, carrying. 3-0

that states commencing with the election of November 3, 2015 and with every biennial regular town election thereafter, votes cast for a candidate for First Selectman shall count for that office only. Votes cast for an unsuccessful candidate for First Selectman
shall not be counted as votes for that candiate as a member of the Board of Selectman.
