CALL TO ORDER:

The meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m. with Selectmen Nicholas Mullane, Mark Donahue, and Bob Testa present.

14. Fire Department Oil and Tank Removal  N. Mullane reported that he met with DEEP Mark Jepsen. He provided manifest that oil removed, inspected NSVFC & 42 Mains Crossing. No contamination, no violation, report to follow. Letter from Richard White, contractor clarifying no violations of law or contract.

MOTION by M. Donahue, SECOND by B. Testa to issue the following tax refunds for $52.30, to Jeffery Sherman, Jr. & $38.32, to F.D. Surpenant. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY
